Metropolitan Commuter Transportation District (MCTD) fees apply in the following counties: Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, Richmond (Staten Island); Dutchess, Nassau and Orange Counties; Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester Counties; and Westchester County.
